We have a rural house designed in a style we call "Mountain Industrial" that, as you might imagine, uses lots of raw steel, Unfortunately, our builder who constructed the structural parts left several cosmetic and artistic details undone. I've tried for months without success to find a local welder who will come to our house and look at several projects. Last week I saw Rob's advertisement and emailed him. The next day he responded and made a site visit. He sent me a design and detailed estimate the following day which I accepted. Rob built and installed (with on-site changes) my gas-fireplace picture frame later that same day. Rob is nice, fair, thorough, and an artist. His mobile welding set-up is state of the art. I'm sure we'll be working together on many projects.

I called Robert with Backcountry Mobile Welding. My ranch outside of town had a railing that had broken secondary to shifting and was a safety issue as well. Robert was super responsive and made the drive out to my ranch. He evaluated the situation and gave me an estimate that was very fair. He completed the work and left the work area nice and clean. The repair looks super strong and he improved on the overall design as well. I would highly recommend Backcountry Mobile Welding. Robert was easy to communicate with and would not hesitate to call him again.
