Ive only had good experiences with masterworks. Ive had a few issues this winter with my furnace in Hayden having no heat. They may not be able to get me in same day but they always come within a day or two. They have someone at the main number who actually answers the phone every time! Which is a lot since I cant even get some companies to pick up the phone or call me back. Their techs are always so kind and helpful. Ive only had good experiences. Thanks for keeping our heat on in a cold winter!
