I was having trouble getting my iPad to charge and these guys were able to fix it when nobody else in town would look at it. I did have to wait longer than I wouldve liked but thats OK since I was able to get it repaired they are very professional and kind and I appreciate the work they did.

I brought in an iPhone 11 Pro Max with a very cracked screen. They ordered a new screen and replaced the old one within just a couple of days. They were responsive to my phone calls and texts throughout the transaction and did an amazing job fixing my phone. Im extremely satisfied with their services and will be using them again in the future.

I dropped off my sons iPad for a charging port repair and screen replacement on June 30th 2023. I paid the diagnostic fee of 50 dollars and was informed total repair would be 230 plus taxes. I paid in full the cost of repairs I was quoted on July 3rd 2023. After many calls to the business from both me and my husband as to the status of the repair, we were given many excuses as to why the repair had not been completed. (covid, issues with their business license, couldnt fix the soldering in house, you name it) We finally involved local law enforcement and were informed this would need to be taken to small claims. The owner of the business Fabian stated that he did not physically have the ipad at his shop and sent it to virgina for a third party to repair. After involving law enforcement we received the unrepaired ipad back on October 18th. The owner refused a refund for the lack of repairs.

Dont go here! At all costs bypass this business! Its a total con! My IPad needed a simple charge port repair. She quoted just over $100 dollars. I mentioned that is was an old iPad and I didnt want to spend much. It wouldnt be cost effective. Ten minutes later i get a call about the $200 extra overcharges (battery?) Again for that price I could get a new IPad? I returned to pick up my device and she wont give it back without paying $50 diagnostic fee She had my iPad 10 minutes and she wants $50? All she did was look in the charge port! How can she diagnose the battery without a good charge port? Its disgusting how a business owner can treat customers this way! I found a reputable repair shop that cleaned my charge port and tested my battery + 80% good. Please dont support this con artist!
