        Just had the worst experience with a young woman with dark hair & round glasses. She offered no assistance at all. None. She wouldnt even call Verizon for me! My phone wasnt working. Lame

        I went in a couple of weeks ago to get help closing a few lines on my account. Though Mike at Verizon couldnt really do anything directly to help me because all my questions had to be dealt with directly by Verizon (not an authorized retailer), he was there to help provide guidance and details on my phone call with Verizon customer service. He stayed with me for over an hour trying to figure out answers to all my questions and even talking to the customer service rep himself. Cant say enough about Mike at Verizon. Thanks!
