        Horrible place to bank, they couldve called me but no they just stuff with out asking. Im closing my account asap. Much rather give my Money to a monkey to keep safe.

        Best bank ever. Sometimes I feel very guilty for the steps it takes to get my $$. It takes time and resources. The people at this bank make me feel like it's not a headache or a bother. Thank you for helping me feel like a customer and not a problem

        Ive been banking with FCCB for over a year now, and have to say they have been great! Staff is awesome, good drive through and local options as well as a solid app for online banking.

        j Do not bank here all the people are very rude do not care about anything do not go here they told me I couldn't come in because I didnt have mask I told them my diabetes prevents it wendy made more rude remarks said she could refuse my service and said get out I plan on getting a lawyer and suing

        I enjoy banking here and have nothing bad to say about my banking experience. However I would like to point out that the business hours on the website doesnt match their actual operating hours and this has caused me a trip to the bank when they were indeed closed.

Our drive-thru hours are broader than lobby hours; perhaps we appeared closed because the door was locked, but were still operating in the drive-thru?
