We highly recommend Kelly Dolph and his team. From the very first email communication to the follow-up after our closing, Kelly has been there for us every step of the way. We appreciate his highly effective communication and timeliness and also his knowledge of the area and its available properties. Along the way, Kelly helped educate us on wells, septic systems, internet options, radon testing, and supplemented it with expectational details on the weather and other aspects of mountain living. He was always available to help us research properties and arrange showings (even with our truncated timelines visiting from out of the area). We appreciate him being available and present for all of our visits and inspections and for answering all of our MANY questions. Also, we were very happy with all of his help recommending inspection, insurance, and financing options. HIs team communicated with us very well during the searching, buying, and closing processes. Also, we felt he as a strong representative for us during negotiations. We had the best experience and can't image how it could have been better.

We recently listed our home with Kelly and Jodi. They are an incredible couple with great knowledge of the front range mountain communities. They put together a great analysis of the market and suggested a sales price that matched our expectations. Next they had professional photos and videos shot and put together a fantastic listing. Their marketing strategy was unique and very personal. They were present for the open house showings and all the individual showings. After 2 weeks we had 2 offers and sold at our asking price. After we had a contract they were present for the appraisal, inspection, and all additional work. Their service was definitely there from beginning to the end, and more. They were always friendly, happy and supportive, and always quick to respond or take a call. This was our best experience marketing and selling a home by far!!
