We were extremely fortunate that Desiree was the buyer's agent in our recent real estate transaction in Evergreen CO. We were the sellers. Sadly, our listing agent failed us in many ways... late in communication with us, less proactive than we would have liked re listing and open houses, not very helpful as we prepared to close. So we began reaching out to Desiree who was totally professional, prompt and proactive. Her follow through is outstanding. Most importantly, she helped us because "it was the right thing to do and the right way to treat people" regardless of whether we were her direct client. Desiree has the highest integrity -which is "what we do when no one is looking." I met Desiree at an open house she was hosting (with amazing snacks btw). My husband and I got to chatting with her about our potential home selling/buying and we decided to use her as our agent. She is so caring and knowledgeable. Even though we decided not to sell/buy (since the market was insane) she was so understanding. Not only did I gain a realtor (if I ever need one in the future) but also a lifelong friend. I highly recommend her!!
