        The lady who cut my hair didn't listen to a word I said. I have curly hair and gray growing out. I asked for a pixie cut. I asked her NOT to straighten my hair. And she gave me some kind of butchered cut with no product in it to protect my hair from the heat of the straightening iron I asked her not to use. So, thanks to this salon, my hair is now heat damaged with a horrible haircut.
