        After 7 years of being in a lot of pain from a herniated disc in my neck I just woke up pain free, again! Its been 8 days where my neck hasnt hurt. The absence of pain is euphoric. I thought I had a life sentence of sitting on the sidelines. What I did was a mix of lymphatic massage and somatic work with different practitioners and following the homework I was given for a couple small life style changes. So go get a better pillow, some apple cider vinegar, and call this place because their prices are reasonable and they have healing hands.
