De. DeWitt & her team are GREAT! We are so pleased we chose Bear Creek Veterinary Care for our 8 year old mixed breed. Dr. DeWitt is compassionate, knowledgeable and takes time to discuss results & treatments options with the pet parent. I think its terrific that she doesnt insist on putting the dog on the exam table, but meets the dog at eye level sitting on the floor with him. This puts our dog at ease. Less stress for everyone! And if our pup needs a blood draw, Lauren has a golden touch. Love her experience and gentle manner with our guy. Were very pleased with the care our dog gets at BCVC and would highly recommend them to others.

Recently, I have this new veterinary care for Mandy, a twelve-year-old Havanese. I am very pleased with the special attention in all facets: doctor and staff are quite competent and pleasant.

We started taking our 2 dogs to Bear Creek Vet in the beginning of 2022 when we first moved to the Springs and they've been great the whole time. Our dog, Ozzy, was dealing with what a previous vet insisted on was skin allergies, but Dr. Unsell heard our concerns and got us a referral to a specialized oncology vet in town. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a pretty vicious skin cancer. Dr. Unsell checked in with us all throughout Ozzy's treatment at the other vet and the great communication with the rest of the Bear Creek team continued after he went on paternity leave. We made the hard decision to put Ozzy down after his struggle intensified quickly & significantly. We decided to do it with Bear Creek instead of the oncologist. Bear Creek gave us a lot of leeway in scheduling that sudden & hard appointment, let us bring his brother Bill to be with him for his passing, and let us sit with Ozzy after he passed for as long as we needed. They sent a kind card after, too. We've continued to take Bill for his routine appointments to Bear Creek. They may be on the more expensive end for vets in the Springs, but I think it's been worth it in our case for the attentive and thorough care.
