This place does the old fashioned sucker hunt for those with bad credit. Promise one thing then deny you unless you want to spend 65% of.your income. There is zero handicap access. The staff are very friendly however. The stock changes frequently so can't really review there. It's a subprime auto dealership so you get what you get.

I purchased?, not really, they own it, a 2004, Chevrolet Suburban on August 16, 2023. When I drove it off the lot, the battery died. I guess the jumper cables included should of given me a clue. I drove back to Car Hop but was told there is nothing they can do, it was not covered. Paperwork was done so it's not their problem. I bought a new battery thinking that would solve that problem. The battery kept draining, I had to jump it repeatedly. I drove the suburban and the tires blew. I had to put new tires on it. When I had the oil changed, I was told the oil in it, was in bad shape. While driving the car, I almost got hit, numerous times, because it would not accelerate properly. I took the car to my mechanic. He told me the engine was going out. I had to take it to their mechanic. It was in their shop for three weeks while they ordered another engine. Probably ordered a rebuilt one. Battery- $250.00. Tires-$1000.00, Oil change-$50.00. Three weeks without my car, I had to pay friends to bring me to appointments, doctor visits, grocery shopping. There is a " lemon law" in Colorado since I am sure they will bring a 71 year old, female senior citizen to court. DO NOT buy from this Car Hop. If they will screw over an elderly woman they will screw anyone over...To be continued........
