Alpine Auto Direct

We bought a 2020 used nissan rogue here. We paid $2722 for an extended warranty. We were promised that if we sold the car that the money would be refunded. Well, we sold the car 2 months ago. multiple calls later over 3 weeks, we are still waiting for someone to get back to us about the refund. I don't trust them.

Do not do business with this stealership! I came in to test drive a truck I saw advertisrd on there website for a reasonable amount. When I got there I gave ONLY my DL to the associate. I asked him to run some numbers while I test drove the vehicle. The associate asked me for my SSN I told him I wanted some numbers before I started an application. I specifically told him I did not want my credit pulled and NEVER gave them my SSN. When I got back the numbers were way higher than what was advertised even with a significant down payment so I walked. Later that evening I got an alert from credit karma telling me there was a hard hit on my credit from Alpine. I immediately contacted the dealership and of course am getting the runaround. I have been attempting to contact the manager Aaron with no success. I don't know how they got my SSN but they did. I would use extrem caution if you do business with this stealership!!! I will be contacting the BBB and the Attorney Generals office next.

I don’t write reviews at all but I HAD too! This was one of the most pleasant car buying experience I ever had! Nahmeer and Kevin were incredible. From the moment we walked in until we left. If you need to buy a car please go here you will not be disappointed at all!

I don't normally take the time to leave reviews, but I HAD to make a recommendation for Dave. We have bought several cars over the years, and we have never has such a pleasant experience as we did with Dave. He offered us such a great deal and met us where we wanted to be, without all the negotiations. It felt like a friend helping us buy a car, with lots of honesty and no salesy pitches. If you go here, ask for Dave!

I went to Alpine Auto Direct, I was looking for a pre owned Truck. Mónica was my salesperson and she made the entire transaction very pleasant and easy to work with. I had no pressure from her and that made a difference from past experiences at other dealerships. I was very happy with the deal I got! I will definitely be recommending her to all my friends and family and will be coming back to her for future vehicles!
