I recently purchased a 2021 vehicle I was so happy with the service at first and so in love with my vehicle. I live far from the location and they were even very helpful and delivered to me half way. As soon as we arrived the salesman warned me it had a vibration and sound coming from the wheels but was unsure what it was but reassured me everything would be taken care of I can take it to a shop and they would handle it all. This was a night time purchase so didnt see anything wrong. The next day noticed the windshield was chipped and very scratched they said theyd replace it. Well good thing I purchased the extended warranty because they used my warranty to fix everything wrong with it. It as well had a bad oil leak and the actuator was knocking so needed to be repaired when I took it to get checked the baiting were causing vibration and it was missing the whole skid plate, Enterprise didnt want to pay for anything out of pocket so whatever my warranty didnt cover didnt get fixed, my vehicle also needed new tires they refused to go through the factory dealership so asked me to take it to Firestone, I sat and waited all day long the only tires Firestone had that day were the more expensive ones I live 3 hours away and the tires Enterprise was willing to pay for wouldnt be in until the next day, I would have to rent a room to be able to wait until the next day to get my vehicle, instead I payed the difference of what they were willing to pay to the tires they had in stock. This has been a total nightmare! My vehicle was in the shop 3 weeks. I finally got it back had it for a few days and still an oil leak and now my check engine light came on stating about the coolant system. So my vehicle is now back in the shop. I have driven it maybe all together a total of one week and Enterprise is still giving me such a hassle its ridiculous. I understand vehicles ware down but I literally purchased this vehicle with problems blindly and they sold it to me with so many issues. I have purchased vehicles from them previously with no issues and they have been so amazing. I feel like Im being pushed to the back burner and being ignored this is not right. There is no communication I speak to a different manager every single time and they still all say okay we will let you know.
