Brian was amazing in assisting me with the purchase of my new XC60! I ordered the car in November and he made sure I was updated as it progressed. The car arrived a bit earlier than I expected (a good problem to have) and he was very patient while I got prepared for the purchase. I have owned many Volkswagens over the years and have conducted business with many Volkswagen dealerships and have remained very loyal to the VW brand, this however was my first time buying from Bob Penkhus VW and I would say to anyone who is in the market for a new or gently used VW I highly recommend going to Bob Penkhus! The staff is very friendly and courteous! They do not try and push you into purchasing a car just to make the sale, on the contrary I feel they want to ensure they do everything in their power to find that right VW and right fit for you! Major shoutout to Sales Advisor Robert and Finance Advisor Jordan, they made my experience such a pleasure and they truly would not stop until they found the VW I wanted and the payments I wanted to pay. They couldve cared less about making the sale and were more focused making sure the customer was happy! Thats a rare thing to find when shopping for a car nowadays.
