DispatchHealth Urgent Medical Care Colorado Springs

First time trying dispatch health, my special needs son was pretty sick and the ladies they sent made him feel comfortable and so much better by the time they left , unfortunately I was informed that they will no longer be servicing our city. Everyone I had spoken to about Dispatch Health and myself really hadnt heard about the service to be able to support the service. Very sad it will no longer be available

We have used Dispatch Health numerous times and have received excellent care each time. We especially appreciate avoiding all the sickness in a waiting room. They even did x-rays in our home. Amazing concept and Dispatch Health does it extremely well!!

Everything went well, very friendly efficient earlier than expected which was nice. I have used them many times before and have always been satisfied with their service.

Worthless do not use. Will spend 20 minutes asking you questions TO INCLUDE MARKETING QUESTIONS while someone you care about is suffering and then tell you they don't have a team!  Go direct to urgent care or ER do not waste your time with this crap company.

Matt and care team were amazing!! While I did not want to deal with a finger infection on thanksgiving I knew it needed attention. They took great care of me and even scheduled a follow up visit!!!! I will never clog up an urgent care location again when I can do the visit from my home.
