        Hello everyone... I like doing reviews on places and businesses I deal with to give others like yourselves a honest opinion...so here it goes... This is my second time ordering fron Apogee... The first was a Zephyr L1 rocket kit...my first highpower rocket... And this time the engines to power the Zephyr highpower rocket....so the review..... As most online orders go...it was pretty ordinary...check online find your item put in cart...check out and 4 days later...it's at your door....well second time I needed some real person to person help...and boy did I get not just simple answers and a goodby....but real caring...and a complete answer to all my questions...I don't remember the customer service person's name....but what a awesome help she was....I was more than satisfied with the help I received...just a big thank you to such a wonderful staff....and yes..I will be back... Thank you to the entire Apogee Staff....

        Their website is great and I often use it when the other manufacturers are missing the info on their own sites even. The shipping from them was really fast to Canada. Will definitely be ordering more from Apogee in the future.

We however, believe in the "golden rule," where you give people what you expect to receive in return. That sounds like what you experienced. Rocketry can be a complicated subject, so we try to educate our customers to make sure that they are getting exactly what they need to be successful. The most expensive item you'll ever buy is something you don't need.
