I called in for a quote for an oil change and gave them my year, make, and model. I was quoted $65, which included a $20 off coupon. I arrived for my appointment and was quoted $72. When I went to pay, it was $85. I did not feel their quotes were honest at all. was told when I checked in that they would provide an estimate for other recommended services such as spark plug replacement. When I checked out and paid, none of the other service estimates were available. I won't be going back unless other shops aren't available. I

Disappointed on my visit. Have wrangler advantage with kevlar tires on my grand cherokee. I only have 22k on these 60k tires and tread depth is 4,5,6,6 /32. Was told I did not rotate them enough and until they are all down to 4/32 there is nothing they can do to pro rate them. These tires are about a year old! So it looks like I will be driving in Colorado snow and spring rains with marginal tires until it meets Goodyears criteria. I have bought Goodyear tires a bunch over the years and have always been satisfied until now.

I'm doing three stars over ginger at the desk. I took my truck into the academy location in Colorado springs Colorado up past Platte. When I took my truck in I told ginger the list of parts replaced when I brought it in. I came in for an alignment the inner and outter tie rod ends and adjustment sleeves and two front tires. I had replaced all four ball joints upper control arms shocks booster and master along with gearbox and power steering pump this was all related to ginger at the front desk I took it in on a Tuesday last week they called me the same day saying they had the alignment and tie rod ends and adjustment sleeve in and aligned with the tires after they called me to tell me they had patched my tire which they didn't they had mixed.me up with another customer. Anyways the collapsable steering column had been removed and the steering wheel was turned while the column was removed they called me up the next day saying they couldn't get the steering wheel centered after I had spoke to ginger about having the mechanic pull the column and spline it 180 to the correct alignment. Well two days passed they fought with the truck called me that Friday saying exactly the same thing before as to they could not center the steering wheel and exact quote from ginger " I hope you didn't think the tie rod ends were the end all be all for the alignment" I cut her off and told her no that wasn't the end all be all the whole front end was. Anyways 3 days after ginger said the mechanic would call me the next day I finally got a phone call again from ginger saying once again they had fought with the truck and couldn't get the alignment done finally her being frustrated and myself being frustrated I was offered to speak to the mechanic which after a few minutes of speaking with him he was able to correct the problem and fixed the issue of centering the steering wheel by simply doing what I told ginger would need done to finish the alignment. After that she dropped the price slightly not enough to actually make me happy or not post this. The paper that was written up after the service and her not wanting to communicate with me while I was in the store paying for the work but the paper she wrote up I had already explained I knew of the issues with the truck and to me it seemed like an upset children trying to pin the blame against me when all issues was addressed upon turning over keys for the work I had mentioned. I think ginger could use a little more training in communication with her employees and a lot more training in customer service her attitude when I paid for services performed was way below satisfactory and even go back over our recorded phone calls I had addressed the issues numerous times over the phone......... Had tons more work needed done and do work for the community on vehicles that usually get taken to a shop and I pay out of my dime if required don't think I'll be sending any other customer vehicles here again. Anyone that would like to reach out to me from Goodyear please email contact info and I'll get in touch with you.

What a cluster. Brought my 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe into the shop to diagnose a rotten egg smell and get a couple other routine things fixed. I was told that the smell was possibly the catalytic converter, but we could try fixing a sensor to see if that would fix the problem, so we did that, but unfortunately it did not fix the smell. Brought it in the next week to fix the smell and was called by one of the techs saying that the smell was from a gasket leak on the back of the engine and fixing that would solve the issue. Another $900 later and the problem wasn't fixed. When I called and told them that they didn't fix the problem, I was told that tech misread the report and told me the wrong information and it actually was most likely the catalytic converter. After they apologized for the mistake, I was told that I will get a bunch of discounts and everything to fix the actual issue, so I brought it in once again and another $500 later. Finally after everything was "fixed", I had them lock the set of keys in the car (so I could just pick it up when I had time). I got a call from the shop asking me that when I stopped to pick up the car, if I would let them know when I was there because one of the techs locked another person's car keys in my car The only redeeming factor about this place was Ginger. She was very helpful and apologetic, but still doesn't make up the fact that I pretty much wasted $2,500 (Keep in mind, this car is worth about $1,000) on this hunk of junk. The egg smell is still present unfortunately..
