Austin is such a wonderful person. He went through hell to find a shoe that I wanted in my size. He us just so nice and kind and very helpful. He even helped me pick those shoes out because I wasn't 100% sure what I was looking for. Just A GREAT DUDE.

5/5! The store was clean, the staff was friendly and engaged. We were in and out in under two minutes. Tearsa went above and beyond by tracking my husband and I down to return the car keys wed forgotten at the counter. Thank you!!

We walked into the store and were immediately greeted by AJ with a smile and very welcoming presence and asked if we needed help finding a shoe, it was very a refreshing welcome after the very unwelcoming experience we had at the Journeys store down the hall with two employees just standing behind the register almost annoyed we walked in. We let AJ know what we were looking and were informed that one of the shoes they did not have in the size I was looking for, AJ offered to order the shoe online and handled the whole process with amazing customer service. Samario was also present in the store and helping another gentlemen, the gentlemen Samario was helping came back to get a shoe because of the amazing service they both were giving. By far the best customer service I received in the WHOLE mall. If I could give 10 stars I would!!
