        I was on holidays from Wales and so my address was in Welsh; the oldest language in Europe, and spoken by less than half a million people. Chris, the trainee who served me was polite, diligent and despite the difficulties persevered with a smile. He took the situation in his stride and is to be highly commended for the quality of his service

      Sorry for the inconvenience, Gloria. After 20 years as "The UPS Store", we choose to go independent. We can now offer more services to the community we have supported for so long. More shipping options, a community bulletin board , better product and services are some of the reasons that made the move. The only Amazon return option not provided is the return scan code. In all honesty, there isn't a business that can just do Amazon scan codes and make. It is a valuable part of everything a business can do, but it is not everything. We will be fine and we will further develop our community relationship moving forward. As far as the Amazon scan code goes, my staff are trained to direct anyone with a need for that service to the nearest service provider. Have a great day and remember to do something fun.
