FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

The store itself offers all the features that make FedEx a convenient place to get your business taken care of. During my numerous visits to this location in Colorado Springs, the staff has always been friendly and professional. However, the FedEx website and its user interface need some improvement, but that's a topic for a different review. *If you need to ship, print, or copy anything, I highly recommend using this location.

The star I did give is for the lady in the print shop who works here she is amazing and Ive never had any issues the past seven months Ive been coming here. But the negative stars are all for Kyle. Instead of coming over to address me at the pick up counter he yells at me from the middle of the store to come to him. He was so far away that I thought he was talking to another person until he decided to raise his voice at me. He had the nerve to tell me I was at the wrong spot to pick up my order after I got an email saying that it was already ready at 10 AM this morning but whatever Ill brush off him raising his voice at me to start with and then ignoring me when I asked questions so I can pick up my order, however, he then just proceeds to lay all of my papers (mind you there were 60 of them and 30 of them were trifolds) on the counter in front of me and said here you go. Again this order was supposedly packaged and ready this morning at 10 AM but it was not even in a box. When I asked for a box he set it on the counter on the side of his computer and didnt even bother putting the documents inside. I was messaging my boss on my phone and then he slid something forward in front of his computer which bumped into the stack of papers knocking them on the floor. I wasnt even near the counter, He didnt even acknowledge that he knocked over my entire order nor did he apologize nor did he offer to help me pick it up he just ignored it! When I told him that he knocked over my order he just said oh you can put them in the box then and I had to pick up the order he knocked on the floor. When I stood up he just told me that I could put it in the box again as if I didnt hear him the first timeare you serious right now? And then when I asked for a clip to put all the papers together so that he could not knock them on the floor again he said oh do you want paper clip? Are you serious? My stack of documents was over an inch thick. Its like he threw all of his common sense and customer service out of the damn window!

FEDEX IS SCAMMING PEOPLE CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS!Long story short   FedEx charges whatever they want  after you have been told a the amount to ship.They'll tell you it'll cost ex. 10 dollars to ship your item. Without your knowledge or authorization they will charge you 20-30 dollars more on your bank statementDue to "fuel surcharges ". "Residential fee". BS!  Why is it the customers fault for fedex's incompetence not being able to accurately price the shipping cost out Fun fact Fedex was sued 21 million dollars in 2013 for doing exactly this.  The class action lawsuit settled for 16 million They were forced to pay back 475000 people for fraudulent charges Looks like they are back at it again! Don't use FedEx
