    I was pleased when I found Bill's RV storage about 2 years ago. It was one of the cheapest lots around for storage and it was also very convenient to access. Sadly, they must be experiencing inflation at a rate worst than the rest of us, because they've increased their prices by 20% and then 13% for a total of a 33% increase in the two years since I initially started storing there. Maybe that's normal for this industry, but it's excessive. They are still convenient, but there are other options that are nicer and maybe easier to access, so I guess I'll start shopping around. UPDATE: I had originally given 2 stars because they at least have a dump on site - though its poorly maintained and not set up well. I have lowered my rating because I just got off the phone with someone from the company who cold called and basically said, I called to find out when youll be moving out I also wanted to talk about your inaccurate review Apparently I had misread the initial email they sent and the increase was lower than I had read so my initial review had a number wrong. Regardless, his approach was unprofessional and rude and I immediately was put off. I was already annoyed about the unjustified price raises, and then theyre calling me asking me when Im moving out and telling me Im inaccurate. A professional with an ounce of tact would have approached it different and maybe even changed my mind. Excuse me sir, we noticed your review and were confused about the numbers you came up with would have been a better approach that may have opened up a conversation. Instead, he essentially asked me to give a move out date and then told me my review was inaccurate. He was rude and unprofessional, so yeah it made me mad. He continued to tell me my math was off and that it was only a 25% increase. My initial rate was $45 and it has increased $15 to $60 (I had read the wrong line in the email they sent out and thought it went up to $65) - $15 is 25% of the current price but, but $15 is 33% of the original rate of $45. My math is accurate. The person went on to cancel my rental without my asking, which really set me off, so yes I used unkind words towards the rude person I was dealing with, which I admit was childish. I have looked around and found two other places that are similarly priced, closer and more nicely maintained, and another one in fact that is $10 cheaper and no farther away that also has a dump site on property, as well as better security, so I guess this worked out okay. I would strongly recommend against using Bills RV storage and supplies for any of your needs.

    Despite constant price increases for security we had two large propane tanks stollen off of our trailer, as well as a side storage compartment broken into where about $1,000 worth of items were stolen. While the customer service was good a few years ago, recently I called to ask a few questions and was treated so poorly it prompted us to move our trailer elsewherewe had already been considering moving due to other occurrences. If you use Bills, expect constant price increases, dangerous washouts in the facility, poor customer service, and an unsecured property.

    I cannot begin to express how impressed I am with the storage units as well as the staff at Bill's Self Storage! Jimmy conducted himself in a professional manner when interacting with me and would have even helped me move in but he was caring for another customer. I hope the manager there is giving Jimmy a raise for the work he is doing.

    These guys are awesome. Very easy and straight forward with business and quick. My phone was messed up so I couldnt cancel my spot when I wanted to, and the guy weeks later still gave me a full refund without me having to ask! Ill be back in the future fore SURE.

ChadThank you for your review. It is no secret that prices around the economy have increased rapidly over the past few years. Indeed we have recently notified customers of a marginal price increaseWe called you earlier to let you know that today, 8/15, was the last day to move out with notice and not be charged for 9/1 which you stated you intended to do in your initial review. We also let you know that you must have misunderstood the email notifying you of our price increase or there was a mistake in your math, as your review was indeed inaccurate stating that we had increased pricing 43%. Your revised review now mentions that its worth paying another company more which suggests you called around and found we are on the low end of pricing though you were posting about us on google without knowing what the market rates are. You hung up on us twice and called us names via text. We will not be abused by our customers so we have scheduled your move out. Google is an important tool for consumers and businesses. We all should make sure we are accurate and take seriously how we post on Google as it affects real lives. We offer a quality service at a reasonable price with free dump station and water supply, propane and free air at our sister company next door. We will continue to work hard to take great care of our customers!

Kelly, we appreciate you giving us the opportunity so serve you over the PAST 5 YEARS. We are sorry you left after all that time feeling the way you do. As with any other good/service in recent years, our raw costs have risen and our prices have increased about 30% over the past 5 years. Relative to other goods and services in the greater economy, our customer prices have risen very slowly.   Crime has been something we have worked diligently to confront as criminal activity skyrocketed regionally and nationally, mainly over the past 3 years of covid and the aftermath. We agree with you that our society has eroded, sadly.  Crime is not unique to Bill’s RV & Self Storage and is unusual in our facility. We will continue to offer our customers a quality product as a reasonable rate. We do offer a rich suite of conveniences including free dump station with free water, propane sales, and we are in the process of repairing some erosion that has occurred over this exceptionally wet summer. We hope to be able to serve you again in the future!
