You have never been a customer of ours and you have never purchased a storage unit from us at auction.Your other reviews on other sites say you supposedly purchased a storage unit at an auction. We have had no auctions recently and in the past when we've had auctions all bidders got the units. What you are describing, where they take your money and then don't give you the unit, is a scam someone pulled on you. This can happen with storage auctions and auction sites that don't do their due diligence to only have legitimate auctions. You should contact the auction site you bid through and get a refund from them -- we have nothing to do with this. Also, you presumably paid by credit card, so you should block the charge on there.Lastly, you never tried to contact us before posting negative reviews about us on multiple sites. Please get in touch with us so we can assure you that this was not our auction. We would also like to know what site you bid through so we can contact them and tell them not to list any auctions from us because they are not the auction site we use.
