Cant give zero stars Staff is uninformed and also harassed me on more then one instance Bunch of wannabe police officers that let their power go to their head dont listen to reason as well as enforcing rules to one individual and not others

Great company to work for. I have been with Mercurial security and I have no complaints. Management is always close and responsive, and the training is very informative.

No communication during the application process. When answering the phone, saying This is operations. Is neither an effective or professional way of communicating. It shows a lack of engagement in the interaction and creates a poor impression for all parties involved. For a security company, this immediately creates a lack luster impression and essentially spells, I dont care just pay me attitude. You need to state, Good evening morning, this is Mercurial Security operations, I am Insert name how may I be of assistance? When you avoid stating your name, it shows a lack of professional integrity and displays an unwillingness to own up to your conduct. Also, a company is only as good as its word. Dont claim to do something that you have no intention to uphold.Transparency is a vital aspect of recruitment. I was unfortunately vastly underwhelmed with this company.
