Ordered online. All of the sandwiches were made poorly and all of the bread was old and crunchy. 2 of the sandwiches tasted like dish soap.

Got in and the manager was ignoring me while making my sandwich. He was focused on the staff so he wasn't paying attention when he got my order wrong, I almost told him to throw it away. I should have, not only was it NOT what I asked for, the bread was so stale it crumbled apart and didn't hold the food together. I honestly don't expect much from Subway, seeing as its fast food, but I will never come back to this location. I urge anyone who would come here to drive 15 mins down the road to a better location. They also tried to get me to use this gross, pepper ladden bread one of their employees made, then admitted that no one liked it anyway.

This is one of the worst subways I've been too. The manager on duty, who was supposed to be helping me, was completely distracted by his employees. This caused him to get my order wrong, I honestly shouldn't have paid and told him to throw the sandwich away. Then when I'm eating, the bread turned out to be old and stale. Between the bad food and horrible customer experience I will not come back to this location. I honestly don't expect much from Subway, but this was offensively bad service.

1 person working....on a Saturday at noon. 2 people in front of me, 4 behind me in line and also online orders. Left after waiting. No food.

They made me wait almost 30 mins for two meatballs to be heated while the rest of the sandwich got stale on the counter
