I did a mobile pick up order. It was ready before the estimated time which was great. I went inside and grabbed my order and asked for extra Mayo packets. The guy working handed them to me and made a weird face. I didnt think anything of it, threw them in my bag and walked out. Drove home and started to pass out food when I realized he made the weird face because HIS BANDAID that must have been on his finger came off and was sitting in my bag of food. I immediately threw up and tossed all the food in the garbage. I then realized that he knew it came off and just decided not to tell me. I have never been more disgusted in my life.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. I was ordering a sub for my mother to take on a long flight. I asked for mayo on the side. They said they were out of togo cups. So I asked for packets. They said they have packets but that they were for catering only. I replied, but you are out of togo containers and my mom isn't going to eat the sub for several hours, she doesn't want it soggy. They flat out refused. To add insult to injury they then complained about how the store was sick of people asking for things to go and how they were considering charging extra if people didn't eat there. I don't know if that is subway policy but it is messed up. There are plenty of other places to eat. Also the "sandwich artist" was very rude from the get go, which I wrote off to staffing shortages. However, staffing shortages do not explain the sheer ridiculousness of the rest of the experience. I would only go there again if I was having a day that was going too well so I could have a negative experience to put a damper on it.

My online order said it was ready and when I get there not only have they not even started it but the skinny blonde says she can't make my order due to not having the ingredients. Never again.
