We cannot praise Excel Construction enough for the great job they did on repairing our hail damage. You should be glad you hired staff like Forrest Boutin and Jeremy Lauser. They were there through all phases from initial evaluation to final inspection. Their professional conduct, and response to any questions was wonderful. Their watchful eyes on the crew made it all go smooth and fast. We ordered better roofing and gutters and was happy with final project. We would have no problem recommending them to anyone. Jarrad Nitzel arrived at my door in early summer after the first major hailstorm, offering a free inspection. He was professional and courteous, informing me the roof was in good shape with pictures to prove it. After a late August hailstorm, I requested him to re-inspect. This time he showed signs of hail damage with pictures and recommended that I file a claim with insurance. I did. His inspection reports have never reached me nor my insurance adjuster. Despite numerous calls, emails, and texts over the course of 3 weeks, he has not responded. Ive requested support from the regional director- no response. I am now going to another company.

Before I met Forrest and his team, I felt like I was dealing with the roofing project from hell! They came in and listened to all my concerns and if I dare say, gave me some free home repair therapy sessions! What started out as a roof and gutter insurance claim turned into a whole new house! And I am totally and utterly in love with the final outcome! Forrest and his team went above and beyond every step of the way. He was also very patient and was willing to go at the pace I wanted to go at because it really turned in to a bigger project than Id anticipated, but Forrest was there every step of the way, with good ideas, suggestions, and referrals. There are sooo many great things I could say about how Forrest works, but hopefully if I say, Id trust him to work with my 95 year old grandma without any assistance from me that will give a very clear picture of how pleased I am to have worked with Forrest! We had major damage in June due to hail. On inspection, they did remediation for us without expectation of the job. (Tarped our skylight). They stayed on top of the job the entire way. I hope we never need to replace a roof again, but if we do....I'm using Excel Construction Group! Kudos also to James and Carlos for running such a smooth job.
