Erik knows what hes doing. I would recommend him to anyone! Hes reliable, super helpful, and very knowledgeable when it comes to real estate. He sold my house within like 3-4 months, when interest rates were sky high. He made the entire process way less stressful. Some realtors make things stressful, rush you with certain things, or they simply sit back and dont even lift a finger. But that was not Erik at all, which I was so grateful for!! I will be using him to help me buy my next house! 10/10
