The property sold for the asking price within a few weeks. They were easy to get ahold of and did an exceptional job answering all my questions and dealing with the HOA issues. Every member of the MacGuire team is incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and helpful. Whenever questions would arise they were always available to answer or assist in directing us to the appropriate resources. Their entire team have excellent communication skills and you are always updated and understand what the next steps will be. Even after escrow closed, they still are always available to assist with any of our needs. We will continue to use them in the future. The Macguire Team ROCKS! Mike, Missy and Mikey Macguire are dream realtors. We first met Missy when we bought a condo whose sale she was handling, and were so impressed with her calmness, kindness and real estate savvy that we then entrusted The Macguire Team with the sale of our house. During both the buying and selling process we were connected with painters, carpet layers and cleaners - all service people Missy trusted to do an excellent job. When selling our house Mike and Missy also thoroughly investigated the market at the time and showed us many comparisons between our house and similar houses for sale in our area. With their help we had clear and sensible guidance of the price we should ask. Through all this son Mikey was a delightful presence with his wide smile and enthusiasm to help whenever he could. This trio were always just a phone call away for questions and got back to us promptly. We felt they always went the extra mile. With being in contact with The Macguire Team on a daily basis for almost ten weeks whilst buying and selling we will miss their wonderful presence in our lives. Jenny and I wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service Mike and Missy provided during the sale of our home. Weve now sold three homes and purchased two homes with Mike, and I my simple words will not be able to accurately convey how grateful we are for the MacGuire Team. Mike and Missys dedication, expertise, professionalism, integrity, attentiveness, and excellent communication skills are exceptional, and made our selling experience as stress-free as possible. We had a significant event occur after we had found a buyer for our home. We had moved out into a rental home and unfortunately our vacated basement completely flooded during historical heavy summer rain. Mike and Missy immediately went into action. After normal work hours, Mike found a company to start the mitigation and save most of the drywall, and then hand-selected multiple companies to restore all that was damaged and lost and add preventative equipment to ensure the flooding would never happen again. He stayed in daily contact with us and each of the companies and we were able to put the house back on the market quickly (the original buyer backed out after the flood). What truly sets Mike and Missy apart is their unwavering integrity. We always knew they had our best interests at heart, and we never once questioned their honesty or professionalism. Their transparent approach and ethical guidance throughout the home-selling process instilled a sense of trust that is often hard to come by in some industries. Their attentiveness was evident in every aspect of our partnership. They were readily available to answer any questions or concerns we had, and they consistently kept us informed about the housing market and progress of the sale. Mike and Missy are recognized realty authorities and without reservation we were able to trust their judgment and recommendations. We greatly appreciated their willingness to listen to our needs and preferences, which made us feel like valued clients. Their exceptional communication skills truly set them apart.
