Pat Holleran is a great guy and an old friend, so when I asked him to be my realtor I thought I was doing him a favor. Turns out I did myself huge one.... he was awesome!!! There were several issues that came up, as they often do when homes are bought and sold, and for every obstacle not only did he know just how to handle it, he kept my wife and me informed ever step of the way. Pat and the Keller Williams team made both buying our new house and selling the old one an enjoyable and relatively painless experience! He worked hard for us, not because we're old friends but because that's Pat!

Patrick Holleran is my real estate agent for both selling my house and for buying my new house. He was absolutely fantastic!! He hired at his expense for carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and a very professional photographer. My husband and I are happy that pat sold our house and helped us find a lender for the purchase for a new house. He helped us find an electrician too! Need a guy, pats got a guy for everything! He is a one stop shop lol but seriously he is very honest real estate agent and I recommend him to all my friends and family. He doesn't bull crap with you, smart about listing price and is very attentive, not on his phone when he is with you. He is very good about calling, texting, and emailing. You won't be disappointed with pat Holleran!! -Ashley
