Weve hired Mr. Rooter twice now and both times the service was great. Caleb assisted us with a clogged bathtub today and he was awesome. He fixed the problem quickly and was very helpful. Pricing is also very good compared to some other companies.

The plumber was great and knowledgeable. Due to us being in a mobile home park the issue was not resolved, the park management has to correct the problem. My only complaint is I had to pay $95 and still cant use my bathroom.. not the fault of the plumber who came out to help me Beau S. was friendly and very helpful. He even offered to speak to our park management to explain the issue.

Very knowledgeable technician. Will definitely use again! Update: awful as of 2023. I needed the shut off valve to my toilet changed because it was leaking. I bought the part and couldn't get it screwed on tight enough to where it wouldn't leak. Mr rooter came out, screwed it in tight enough. Charged me $200! They didn't tell me that in older houses the stub will eventually need switched out because the threads get worn down. So 10 months later, it was leaking again. They came out and cut into the drywall to replace the stub. $973! The plumber then put the shut off valve on and the cover. Yet he put on the wrong size cover so there was a huge gap. I had to get them back out the next day to put on the proper size cover. Ridiculous. I don't recommend them.
