There hours are short for a pharmacy! 9-7 if you have a job its impossible to get your scripts! Plus it smells, people are rude! There are never shopping inside the store.

Poor customer service, extended wait times, and poor communication of scripts being ready. They also demonstrate incompetence when it comes to correct billing for scripts and medical devices. It is understandable that they are short staffed...almost every place is. However, that does not give them an excuse to be callous, rude and dismissive of their customers. I thought the customer a few people before me was being extra complaining out loud until I had to deal with the staff myself. Lorento was outright rude just to name a few! I will not be returning to this pharmacy! Please be advised and go somewhere that appreciates your business and treats you like a valuable human being and not just an inconvenience in line.

I went to pick up my seizures medications today they told me that my Dr didn't call it in this has happened many times then we found out they already had it in their system this it getting very old I'm looking into an law suit if my Dr says they sent out last month I'm getting tried of their service. A few times they couldn't count numbers of pills and shorted us

This pharmacy has been mine and my mother's pharmacy of choice for many decades. We always get great treatment and would not go anywhere else.

The pharmacist and most of the technicians are very kind and informative. However, one of the techs there, a young lady, is very short with me every time I have an interaction with her, whether on the phone or in person. It's pretty off-putting. I'm not considering changing pharmacies, but it's still an unfortunate circumstance.
