CFMAF is the best thing to have EVER happened to my daughter!!! She is now more social, has made forever friends and bonded with the staff. Their classes truly help develop and excel your kid(s)! My daughter has been there over a year and to say how she is so advanced for her age thanks to CFMAF would be an understatement. Her favorite time is class time. Bring your family to CFMAF. Whether it be for your three year old, teenagers or even yourselves! You wont regret it. :)

They were really good with my child. Even though we cant go anymore my child still trains at home 6 months later. Great instructors. The place is great.

This is a wonderful and great space for children to learn self defense and also have fun. My wife and I have a wonderful daughter together and she enjoys her lessons when she attends.

I really wanted to share a Thanksgiving card with the staff at CFMAF, but of course there would be nothing out there that could precisely put into words what I want to say. I have come to a better understanding of value through the years and in my occupation I have learned that true value is projected by experience, attention to detail and consistency. I have found that at CFMAF. The training you get at this dojo isnt to just churn out belts. You will sweat! You will push yourself farther and farther physically! You will be encouraged and be expected to encourage. It is a well rounded program that I would recommend to anyone wanting to do something challenging around like minded individuals that could possibly save your life or the life of individuals around you. Great family environment!
