Chris has really help me improve my flexibility and overall muscle strength since I start my 12 week program. When I started I had severe problems with my back, neck, hips and shoulders with Chriss expert guidance I have made great progress. I would recommend Chris for anyone who has joint and muscle issues. Ive been working with Kris for a little over six weeks. Have seen significant results in strength and mobility during that time period. Have also had far less hip and lower back pain. Kris has a detailed understanding of the brain-body network and how they connect. He is pleasant to work with and certainly does a great job of evaluating your ability upon the initial visit, and then challenging you as you progress.

I went to Kris in a state of such intense back pain I couldn't even stand. I was in agony. He started treating me right away and within a week I was exponentially better. I have suffered with severe/chronic back pain for years and the work Kris is doing is literally changing my life! I send everyone to him including my family, staff and friends!
