Jay and Ken know their stuff. These dudes are the real deal. What they offer is beyond any comparison in Colorado Springs. They offer premium training and I would definitely recommend. And they are not slimy salesmen. They know they have a great product and dont have to bludgeon you to buy. 5 stars for sure.

Not only the best gym in the area but probably the best local body building gym Ive ever been to in all my years of traveling. This place has everything you need and its never crowded. Never had to wait for a machine and always got killer workouts with the vast equipment the team here has. AlphaGainz accommodates everything from a power lifter to a beginnner to the gym scene. Highly recommend you check it out if youre in the area

Just wanted to share a quick story about the Red-Carpet Ready challenge that AlphaGainz just completed! For starters the competition was amazing, and Jay was very helpful at taking the time to video call me to get me on the supplements to preform my best during this challenge! I was not located in Colorado Springs for the Competiton but still felt like I was being included in all the events on Saturdays. Overall, at the end I ended up adding on 3 lbs. of muscle! I look and feel the best that I have felt in years! Thank you AlphaGainz for all the support that you are giving to people and helping to change lives in the process!

This gym changed my life!! I went in very timid and unsure of myself, and very uncomfortable in my body after having 2 kids. I joined the semi-private group and later, the fitness challenges and through it all have not only lost over 22 lbs of body fat, but gained almost 6 lbs of muscle and a solid foundation of how to workout and what equipment I should use. Im confident in the gym now, but most importantly, Im confident in my body for the first time in my life! I never thought Id ever become someone who goes to the gym, but here I am 9 months later, still showing up for myself because of the coaches, the program and the nutrition coaching, too (their app makes it so easy!!). I feel if I was able to this, literally anyone can. I never ever thought my body type could be lean or athletic, but Ive learned so much during my time at Alphagainz and the trainers really do care about you and helping you succeed. My mental health has also soared from fitness as well! I feel like a new person because I basically am!! If you want to change your life, this gym is for you!!
