I had a fence stained and stairs for my deck stained as well. Communication between Jared and myself was tough. But once we got the job lined up with painters from his crew it was great. They were very clean and did the job well. I'm going to give them another try for a job inside very soon. Looking forward to it.

Was wanting ballpark price of what it would cost to paint a small bedroom with details of each wall and the size, but he wanted full pictures of each wall to even give me a quote, was not friendly and I just wanted a estimated price range. Id rather go with someone who is friendly and has better customer service and is willing to give me an estimated quote based off of the room size.

I highly recommend Done Right Painting and Construction! Jared and his team are very professional and do exceptional work. Two sections of my wood fence fell down. Jared quickly gave me the estimate and his team member rebuild it the following week. It looks beautiful. I am very happy with the quality of work that was done. I will definitely call Jared again. I wanted to work with this company as the rep appeared to be professional. Alas, the offer to repaint our outside doors was missing fundamental work that should have been normal practice (filling imperfections and removing draft protection trim). But when I queried the offer I was told that we were not a good fit? Beware

I have lived in Colorado Springs for over 30 years. I always say we are still "a small town" in many ways. From meeting Jared, to working with his crew, I felt that I was working with one of the best in the Springs. Professional, arriving on time, and finishing within the timeframe, and estimate projected, I am just thrilled with the quality of work. They went over, and above, the actual painting of my home. The crew foreman listened to me regarding a couple of details I wanted, and he was patient, and engaged as we did the final walk through around the house. His crew did such a good job, so that there was only one very small touch-up needed. No messy edges with the trim, really excellent attention to detail. Jared was great as I worked through paint color decisions, and he made suggestions based on his experience. He was in contact with me before, during, and after the job. I know this is a lengthy review, but I feel the value, quality of work, and partnership during my painting project were just superior in a time where everything seems to be extra effort, and time. I will definitely call Jared for further projects. I have had neighbors comment, "your home looks gorgeous". Well done, Done Right! Thank you.
