Well I've been to this place 4 times now. 3 in springs at two different locations and once in pueblo. There is not enough nice things I can say about all of these people. EVERYONE is so damn nice and polite as well as knowledgeable. Blows my mind that a collective group of medical professionals are so courteous and amazing.

While initially the doctor who helped me here was very efficient in attending me, he gave me a recommendation to get a hearing aid at Colorado Springs Ear Associates. I went and the place was not willing to do so and the Department Vocational Rehab had told me to come back to this office that they recommended which I was already going to previously to receive a recommendation. Well, I told the doctor my issues with the other place that he recommended and said he would look into it and would call me back. I had to call this office multiple times and even show up because I was not given the answer I needed. Ended up telling me to please use the referral he gave me. What an embarrassment to be a patient at a location that is not willing to help and is not understanding whatsoever. This place is great to get procedures done and doctors appointments but horrible at keeping their end of the bargain.
