        I made an appointment online and got all the confirmations. They didn't have my appointment when I got to the office. The front desk was very nice but couldn't help me. This is the 3rd time that I tried to get an appointment with them without success.

        This is the only place I ever want to get glasses again! EVERY ONE there is so so kind and genuinely interested in you and you being happy and feeling your best in a pair of glasses! Rachel is amazing and really helped me choose a frame and she was so excited for me when they came in, that made me feel great!! I can't say enough good things but I will add one more: back in 2013 LensCrafters made some glasses for me and literally they are still going strong (as my back up pair, but still, that's quality!) state of the art technology for lens fitting too. Ok. I'm good now! Thanks!!!!
