        Although my appointment lasted over an hour it's because the examination is so thorough. I'm glad I went to Vision Institute.

        Wish I can give it zero Stars. This place is an absolute joke. The doctor that went from Eyeglass World to Vision Institute is holding my prescription for my glasses hostage. They claimed that since moving there all the prescriptions are in boxes and they have to get them out so even though I paid for it..I can't have access to it. I'm the mean time, I need new glasses and am suffering with headaches and am just SOL. Please do not use these people. Go somewhere else.

        Dr. Simmons always runs the full gambit of tests since I take a medication that can affect my eyesight. He is very professional and always listens to my concerns and takes my requests into consideration. His assistant on this particular visit was very friendly and professional as well.
