    First time taking my Rogue for service. Several unexpected maintenance issues came up but all was handled proficiently and professionally. Glad to have a place to get my vehicle serviced now. The shuttle service is a perk!

    I got my nv serviced and had them do some work. I drove 10 minutes after picking up and my check engine light popped on so I brought it back after only having it a day, when they had it for over a month. They looked at it but did not do anything I requested and told me I need to go to another location to get my warranty honored. Very disappointed and they were very sexiest towards my wife wouldnt even let her talk and were extremely disrespectful to her. As well they tried explaining things by drawing her a picture like she was a child. I also found out they are not nv certified so I am very concerned that the work they did do was not done right. Just overall a very rude and unprofessional environment.

    Horrible experience. Was told over the phone that my issue was simple and it would only cost $$$ to fix. Come to find out, the amount quoted was just for them to look at my car and not actually fix anything. That's poor customer service and training on the dealership. I'll never go back there. DO NOT RECOMMEND

    Had an appointment with the service dept for a recall notice. I showed up thirty minutes early. The entire service dept was very friendly and helpful! They got me in, completed the required recall update, and explained the service that was done. Absolutely wonderful experience. Thanks Woodmen Nissan Service dept!

Hello Marie,Thank you for coming to our service department. Our goal is supposed to be to provide a truly exceptional visit. It sounds like we did not provide that for you. I am very sorry to hear that. Advisors are supposed to be trained not to provide exact amounts over the phone like that if we haven't actually examined the vehicle. So if a price was given to you, that should only have been for a diagnosis fee. Once a technician can then inspect the vehicle, a course of action can be recommended to you at that time with a complete estimate for repairs.
