        Grant and his team were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Im a first time homebuyer, and using a VA loan so it was a lot of confusing things going on but they did an awesome job explaining everything. There were a few times I got nervous due to this being a first, but they have so much knowledge of what they do that each time they calmed me down and helped me understand exactly what was going on. Not only that, but they did an awesome job getting me the best rate and mortgage they could in this (horrible) Colorado market. Out of all the mortgage places I shopped for, they were the absolute best. I would recommend Grant and his team to anybody looking to buy a home, they seriously are the best!!
