Alberto was an absolute godsend! I was looking for land on my own to start a project and wasn't having much success. I lucked into meeting Alberto as he was selling a parcel that I hoped would work for my project. Alberto's land did not work for my needs, but he offered to help me look for land. I truly feel the universe was looking out for me. Alberto was exactly the agent I needed to find. His knowledge of land and real estate was paramount. We were able to find a parcel that worked for my project. Alberto's communication and professionalism throughout the entire process was spot on. I always knew what was going on and where we were in the process. Even after we closed on the land, Alberto still went the extra mile and attended our early acceptance meeting with the city. I have worked with a lot of real estate agents in my life, but will never work with another agent unless I absolutely have to. Thanks again, Alberto!
