Lane is a great choice for a realtor, even for first time home buyers. Throughout the entire time we worked together he was clear about his goals for us and what should be expected from him as well as being courteous and punctual as well. Being meticulous and detailed is very much a part of his work ethic as it is essential for his job duties and he didn't have me doubting him at all for his abilities in searching for a home to purchase. I cannot say enough how wonderful Lane is as an agent. When I first heard from Lane from checking out the Venterra website I was ready to wave it off as another sales pitch, but he praised my husband and I for planning ahead and taking our time to get a lay of the land as first time home buyers. From the very start and at absolutely every turn I could depend on him to be realistic, not sugar coat things, respond to questions within an hour if not sooner and educate me throughout my entire (year long) process. Lane is such a genuine and valuable person and I will absolutely not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and everyone I know. 10 out of five stars!

Lane was working with us during a very competitive and crazy market. Homes were going way over asking and Lane ended up getting us a great deal, with the appraisal hitting right on the nose of the contract price. Can't get more perfect than that. Thanks Lane! Lane was very helpful and informative every step of the way during the sale of our home. He kept in great contact and was always quick to answer questions. We were selling our home to move to a new state and even being states away he made us feel at ease about the sale of our house even during stressful times.
