        This was a drive thru order. We had to wait to order then when we pulled up to the window the cashier kept her back to us until our order was ready. We got a blueberry concrete and a double cherry concrete with marchiano cherries. It was anything but double cherries. Basically cherries in vanilla ice cream. Very disappointed in this place. Didn't even bother to go back in to get it fixed, figured why bother.

        Went through the drive thru and they couldnt find our order. Then proceeded to stare at the system for 5-10 minutes, took our order on a note pad. Wouldnt let us finish repeating our order to them. Had to get there attention again so we can finish saying what our correct order was. FINALLY got our correct total again. They pulled us forward which was normal. Then watched 8 cars behind us get there food before us while we waited an additional 15 minutes before we even received our order. Would definitely recommend a different location. By the way all we had on our order was 2 meals and 2 custards that was it

        Great overall experience. Good customer service, cleanliness was awesome and the food was pretty good. I feel it's a bit pricey. But overall.. can't complain. Really good ice cream. Kid-friendliness: I happen to notice how a lot of the underaged children and teenagers were very happy. Not a face without a smile. Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible here for the disabled or handicapped.
