The person who serves is rude.
We went around 4 pm on April 5, 2024.
We are customers of that branch because it is close to Walmart.
We definitely won't be back.

Yikes. Ive visited this location many times because its closest to my work and the experiences are consistently bad. The majority of the time online ordering is disabled, and the most recent time I tried to go, I pushed the button and waited for several minutes with no answer. I was the only car there! I thought maybe they were randomly closed in the middle of the day but then I saw several employees inside. I would advise everyone to go to literally any other Sonic in the Springs. Its worth it to me to drive further to get my drink so I definitely wont be back. Im not sure whats up with this franchise owner but they desperately need to be more involved.

The wait was terrible. There are a bunch of places to pull into but not enough servers. After waiting, I was told that the chicken would take 10 minutes additional -so I left. Then i drove around and asked for a burger. The burger was good, but I wanted the chicken. So I probably wouldn't try it again.

They must have a severe worker shortage. Food takes forever to come out at this location and they get the orders wrong all the time.
