Dominic is great! We just purchased a home with him at the end of 2021 and the process could not have gone much smoother! We have lived in Colorado for 25+ years and the market is crazy. We Have now used Domminic, 3 times and each time he has been an amazing agent. The first time We traveled in for a weekend to look at houses, he had all the appointments lined up, and we got to see everything we wanted and more. Domminic had a vast knowledge of the area and gave excellent advice. He took time to listen to our concerns and wants. We were able to purchased a house that weekend. While we were away in another state he arranged and oversaw all of our inspections, he always kept in good communication with us, and always made himself available. Domminic always went the extra mile, he even met with multiple contractors for us and explained the work we wanted done in the house, got quotes and had them sent to us. When we finally moved to the area everything was ready for us. He really was the best real estate agent we've worked with. We of course used him again when it was time to sell our beloved home, we were on a tight timeline and Dominic worked hard to get everything ready for us and on the market. He even help me do some outdoor painting that I just didnt have time for, help me find a great window replacement person to fix a broken window, linked me with local contractors that got my little jobs done at great prices and super fast due to our tight timeline. Its the little things like this that he always does, he always goes above and beyond.we had multiple offers on our house the first day, and he helped us navigate the bidding war, we sold and closed smoothly thanks to him.
