I think its pretty lame that their website says $35 bucks for the brunch buffet, and it says thats with Etouffee. You get to the restaurant, and not only is it $55, but they have less stuff than they did when it was $35. How would you increase prices and decrease the amount of items you have? Great way to lose customers, like this one right here. Ill never go back, $130 bucks for two lackluster brunch buffet experiences. For this price you can go to viewhouse and get lobster, crab legs, brisket, and all of the food is hot and fresh. Shame on yall hopping on the greed train, its probably one of the reasons this place isnt as popular as it once was.

I have been eating dinners here off and on for about a year. The atmosphere and service are always great. Cassidy is top notch and does an awesome job taking care of customers. She's even made accomodations for seating up at the bar when I was on crutches multiple times. The food started off great but as time went by I wasn't impressed anymore. I had ordered a tried and true meal (Gator) and it came out and I thought I had been tricked with something else a while back. I stopped coming in as much, but decided to come back today [ April 5th ] because I missed the atmosphere and service. I glanced at the menu and saw they have changed things up no more Gator different options and a new cook. I talked with Ashley the manger and Cassidy about new options and decided to get the gumbo, but just a cup as I was hesitant. The gumbo was great, a good temperature, not too spicy, not too salty and as I got further into it the flavor was good enough I ended up getting a second cup! I will definitely be coming back to eat and try some of the new options on the menu. I'm pretty happy they have made some changes for the better!

We went to brunch several weeks ago, on March 10. The website said $35 a person, when we got our check It was $55 a person. They need to update their website and improve their buffet. When we were seated at our booth we were not told about price increase. Our reservations were at. 12 pm. The gumbo was cold. Actually, most of the hot items were cold. Our server was very kind and that was the only plus. Charge for coffee was also ridiculous. My father-in-law has asked several times for some type of reimbursement for the false advertising and hes received empty promises. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Four of us went to Springs Orleans on March 10th at noon, for Sunday Brunch, advertised on line for $35 per person. The brunch was the only option available. Some food trays were empty and some other food was cold. We were not told that they had raised their price to $55 per person. When we got our bills we found they charged us $55 each, a 57% increase, plus coffee. Not wanting to make a scene at the restaurant, I called later and talked to a lady, Ashley, who said she was the manager. She agreed to refund the cost of one person, $55, if I would send her a photo copy of my receipt. I did as directed, after calling 3 times to get the correct email address. No refund. I emailed her and she again assured me she would make sure I got the refund by 4:00 pm the next day. I have received NO refund. I sent another email and got no response from them. Their web site still says Sunday brunch is $35 per person. My suggestion would be to find a restaurant that charges what they advertise and that serves good food. Our wait person did a great job for us.
