Although I've only gone to the Jet Wing location once, everyone was very nice, professional and willing to help me with my needs.

Please...please do not let these people take control of your mentally ill family members. They have no clue as to handle them. They killed my mother. I called multiple times and they said they couldn't help because I was not on her paperwork. I'm on my mother's paperwork everywhere. Whoever the case manager was that helped her failed too. I would not trust this company ever. My mother and I signed up for this thinking it was better. It only ended up in her death. These people don't care, and it took a month to sign off on her death certificate. Can you imagine waiting for that time period? They didn't care, but they made a paycheck. Colorado Springs needs to get it together. I hated this company from the start. However I had no other choice considering my siblings and I live out of the area. I feel sorry for those in this city cause there's really not a lot of options. My mother had a history of mental illness, and beat cancer. Moral of the story is they failed to give her treatment. They are not equipped to handle serious situations, and if you know someone that's seriously mental find them the help they need. Why would you not have contact information for them? What's there to discuss? You can't bring my mother back. I reached out to you people numerous times, within a week. It's only because the pharmacy my mom used I knew the doctors. At this time I don't think you can do much for my family... Train your employees so it doesn't happen again. Most of the people giving reviews are not seriously mental or older, and staff members. My mother was early 60s and had life. But because the mental neglect resulted in death.
