        ED!!!! I love you!! You have always no matter what, been amazing and extremely patient with me over these years. Not once, litterly not once have you ever broke form I don't know how you do it i!! I wish there were more people, actually all people in this world that could even try to live up to you and the heart you have. Lestermad love. And every one else have been amazing. I know the oxygen journey is not exactly fabulous in anyway but to me you guys make it so much better if you know what I mean.

        I've had mix results with Lincare over the years, but anytime I've received excellent service it was due to Ed. It seems Ed is the only person to answer the phone. However, I am glad of that as he provides such excellent service no matter what I need. Ed was able to replace my portal oxygen concentrator (it was wearing out after a couple of yrs of use) without inconveniencing me by going without it and having to use tanks, while the replacement was going to take a couple months. Ed's attention to customer service, follow through and being knowledgeable about the medical equipment Lincare supports, is the entire reason I gave five stars.
