larissa is a joke ! she litterally " forgot" to send my insulin prescription for 3 weeks after my apontment. after several messages another provider stepped in and did it , a week later she called to tell me it was MY fault for not callin to remind her ? she is combative rude and doesn't even pay attention to your prescriptions either forgets to fill them or fills things that's aren't needed at all . do not go to her !!!

Run from this medical center! Larissa Sychova is the most evil n.p. in this place. She was rude, condescending, and put me in a medical crisis by removing a medication that I had been on my entire life, and did it without proper tapering and against my will, and verbal concerns about my own health. She instead treated my anger and frustration by sending in a mental health advisor to talk me down as she ran out of the exam room like a coward from my short appointment my first day seeing her. She then gaslit, and finally ghosted me. Stay far, far away from her and this establishment. She needs to turn in her resignation, or go back to school for a complete new degree in nursing and medical professionals. I left and found a perfect physicians assistant elsewhere, but my health never got back as it was before L. Sychova hurt me.

I have received medical consultation and referral from Anna Dickey, PA-C for six years now and couldn't be more pleased with the level of care she provides. During appointments, she is neither hurried or distracted as she takes a genuine interest and involvement in my concerns. I have degenerative lower cervical disc and knee issues which have worsened with age. Over the years, her recommendations and referrals have been very helpful by increasing my mobility and quality of life. Both of her medical assistants, Raquel and Priscilla, are personable and professional making each appointment even better than expected. I highly recommend Anna and her team.
