This place is horrible it continues to just get worse and worse. I'm done waiting for them to try and figure out how to run a business. Response to Low T: Na, why don't you just start treating everyone the way the deserve to be treated and do your job like you should? Not just try and fix the very few of us that post bad reviews as we all are having issues and you know it, Now fix it.

Helps!! A lot more energy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Mail in service is nice, because you don't have to wait for shots.

I dont like leaving negative reviews, but man has this place gone off the cliff. Experience with them started off great (about three years ago) but has significantly declined with their recent purchase by another company. Right off the bat they adjusted my TRT dosage with only the explanation of thats how the new company does it. TRT dosages arent a one-size-fits-all thing. Mine was well dialed in after a little over two years. So much for whats best for the patient. They also used to have an app to record injections and pull lab results wasnt great, but thats now gone. If they have a new app, Ive received no communication about it. Now I just use the Apple Health app to keep track. They also use Village Lane Apothecary for shipping the injections. Good luck getting your injections on time and even greater luck actually speaking to someone in their customer service dept to get an answer as to why it takes two weeks to ship an order. Read the other more recent reviews Might be best to shop around if youre looking for a TRT solution.
